I have been practicing the Sacred Merkaba Techniques since 1997 and have had the wonderful privilege of studying with Gary Smith at several workshops including 4 teacher training intensives. Since then my life has been transformed. Each day is a new wonderful adventure in many dimensions. It is a wondrous joy for me to share these techniques with others.
